We cannot accept returns on custom orders, electronics (not in original packing), clearance, Urban Leather, Rizzy Rugs or “As Is” items, including merchandise from Fingers Bargain Basement. You can choose to purchase a “30-Day Comfort Guarantee” for your mattress which entitles you to a one-time reselection of your mattress in the unlikely event it is not suitable for your needs.
